Caspar Below is an experienced, innovative technology leader with a background in product management, service digitisation and design, strategic planning and user-centric innovation.
He has over eighteen years of experience in strategic digital delivery and product development, client-side and agency.

Previously he’s worked with a number of small businesses as a product and innovation consultant and Macmillan Cancer Support as a Senior Product Owner.
Caspar Below is a Certified Scrum Product Owner Professional, Scrum Master Professional and Kanban practitioner, with experience of implementing agile ways of working with new teams, existing teams, senior managers and non-technical teams. He’s also a HCI qualified rapid prototyping practitioner.
Caspar is committed to lifelong learning and continuous professional improvement – for teams, for the people he supports and for himself. Most recently he completed courses in People Skills for Product Teams and AI/Machine Learning for Business Innovation.
