Business mentoring programme
Using mentoring and advice, I help digital people find their direction and become goal-oriented in their professional development journey.
We would do this by
- Establishing goals and milestones for your role and for your learning for the next year
- Agreeing the best ways in which you learn and grow, and then work out which books, talks, conferences, training, communities or experiences will help you get there
- Collaboratively building a roadmap to let you prioritise your milestones and work towards your development goals in a deliberate way
The business mentoring usually takes place through six weekly 45min sessions, with reading and some tasks set in between.
This is most useful for people preparing to take a step up, whether it’s in product, delivery or design roles, as team leads, heads of department or directors.
